What's in it for you:

As a Bloomberg Intelligence US Equity Strategist, you will be part of this fast growing global research team and responsible for providing research coverage of the US equity markets. Research would include periodic assessments of earnings trends, market and sector performance, and relative value. You will be responsible for thematic and timely event driven research and frequent publishing of important events that impact the market. Collaboration with the industry, credit, government and litigation teams is a key element of this role. You would find opportunities to co-author research with individual analysts and would be a nexus for research ideas that cross some or all research groups on the US team. BI does not make recommendations or estimates. But BI analysts and strategists arm Bloomberg users with the data and insights necessary to make market assessments.

You'll need to have:

• A minimum of 5 years as a strategist with a major bank or asset management firm
• Exceptional primary research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, independent thinker and collaborative team player.
• Strong organization skills and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
