We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Global HCM Technology team. In this role you will collaborate with internal key partners and our elite technology team to roll out new functionality, optimize existing configuration and functionality, provide solution's and improve the overall user experience.

As the Workday Solution Architect you will provide technical guidance and leadership on Workday implementation projects. You are an influencer, thought leader and possess the in-depth technical expertise and credibility to provide meticulous guidance to the HCM Technology team. You will perform hands-on activities to ensure project success and be responsible for evaluating technical /functional requirements as well as developing an all-encompassing architectural blueprint in line with our strategic goals.

We'll trust you to:

• Have strong knowledge of Workday experience with experience of solution architecture - Drive execution of Workday configuration (i.e. HCM Core, Talent and Performance, etc.)
• Hands on configuration of Workday business processes and providing sound solutions and recommending efficient end to end business processes
• Support system testing functionality; support testing and issues resolution
• Consult on the design development, testing, implementation, administration, support and enhancement of Workday Security
• Audit system and generating periodic compliance reports and ensuring data integrity
• Develop proof of concept based on business requirements
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to ensure alignment of processes to systems and tools
• Advise customers on best practices for recently implemented Global Workday System
• Act as an active member for the Workday community – stay current with new Workday updates to ensure the latest innovations are activated where they can deliver tactical benefits

You need to have:

• 3-5 years’ experience demonstrated Workday expertise designing, implementing and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements
• Workday Certification Core HR plus one other module (i.e. Compensation and Time Keeping) is preferred but is not required
• At least two end to end Workday delivered projects
• Complex project delivery and transformation for at least one global implementation
• Completion of at least one Workday project as a Solution Architect
• Knowledge of global localization and legislative requirements
• Experience of working in a large team and contributing positively to the success of the team as a whole
• Possess working knowledge of Workday Talent Management and Succession Planning Modules
• Possess working knowledge of Workday Security Framework and Management
