We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Global HR Technology Solutions team. In this role, you’ll support HR professionals, internal business partners, and will work closely with our premier technology team to provide creative Workday solutions. The ideal Workday Solutions Architect will have solid experience in the design and configuration of HR technology processes with an emphasis on Workday and HR Systems best practices.

We'll trust you to:

  • Configure Workday for the purposes of Talent Management, Performance Management, Onboarding, and other modules.
  • Develop strong relationships with Talent Management, IT peers, operational teams and subject matter experts.
  • Support and improve the integration of the HR systems.
  • Implement appropriate project management methodologies to deliver technology-related projects.
  • Research, analyze and make recommendations for new or enhanced HRIS solutions.
  • Work independently to drive solutions with team members and internal partners.
  • Bring innovative thinking and new ideas.
  • Serve as a resource to fix production issues.
  • Maintain and setup Workday foundational configurations.
  • Administer mass data loads (EIBs).
  • Assist with developing and delivering end-user training material.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of HR end-to-end processes.
  • Support system testing functionality and issues resolution.
  • Partner with internal technology teams to resolve issue.
  • Mentor HR technology team members.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ HR Information Systems experience
  • Workday expertise, ideally with 2-3 years of hands-on configuration experience
