The Bloomberg Standard Data Model team is dedicated to ensuring the integrity of the Bloomberg Calcrt Data Model- the foundation of our business. Offering nearly 80,000 data fields, Bloomberg fuels front, middle, and back office applications for our clients. As the demand for data continues to grow, it is critical our clients use data efficiently. That’s where you come in.

We’ll trust you to:

• Create, maintain, and document new data fields
• Act as a liaison between the Enterprise business, Engineering, and Global Data departments
• Provide guidance and support to the global Enterprise business regarding the Calcrt Data Model fields
• Examine metadata in order to resolve inconsistencies and normalize and standardize data fields
• Manage and participate in projects related to data fields

You’ll need to have:

• Experience managing projects
• Proven ability to work with large data sets
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Experience working on projects that span across multiple teams and regions
• Analytical and organizational skills

We’d love to see:

• Experience with the Bloomberg terminal or Bloomberg data
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business
