You will be part of a close-knit and inspiring team, passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will ensure a seamless interview process by handling all the details, so our candidates can focus on their Bloomberg experience – and our business leaders on selecting the best possible talent into the Company.

We'll trust you to:

  • Manage all interviewing scheduling tasks across your business area, ensuring SLA's are consistently met
  • Liaise directly with business managers, candidates, vendors, and recruiters
  • Organize interviews, communicate interview details, and host interview visits in a high volume environment
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce ad hoc reports as required
  • Handle all candidate travel and expense reimbursement
  • Coordinate & manage recruitment events both internal and external
  • Possess excellent administrative and organization skills -- and be detail-oriented
  • Effectively manage simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize tasks
  • Partner with wider HR group to successfully manage candidate offer processes
  • Provide administrative support to the wider recruiting team

You need to have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in managing large volumes and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Strong with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel and able to learn additional software as needed such as PeopleSoft and Workday
  • Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of customer service

We'd love to see:

  • Prior experience in HR/Recruiting/Administration
  • Overview knowledge of Recruiting, HR concepts, policies and procedures
  • Enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiencies
