Our Team:

Global Data is the backbone of the Bloomberg Professional Service. As data analysts, we collect, analyze and present data that informs our clients' decisions. We provide the factual foundation that inspires news and analysis. The foundation runs every core Bloomberg function, piping scrubbed data into our solutions every second. We drive the content that makes Bloomberg the leading and most sought-after data source in the world.

We'll trust you to:

• Maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for the Bloomberg Terminal
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies and implement technology solutions to enhance our processes and software
• Assist our world-renowned client support help desk with client inquiries
• Develop expertise in fast-moving market sector information
• Intake and distill raw data to convey actionable information that enables our clients to make better-informed decisions
• Liaise with technology teams to enhance relevant product databases

You need to have:

• Be enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or Computer Science;
• A Keen interest in financial markets (Fixed Income knowledge / experience is a plus);
• A positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, initiative and an ability to face and innovatively deal with issues independently in a professional manner;
• Experience of processing data would be beneficial;
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Python or VBA are a plus;
• Effective research and data analysis skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus);
• The ability to work 6 hours per day while in school/university;
