What's the role?

Bloomberg Media APAC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Media Ad Sales team to handle the successful delivery of client solutions projects, from the stage of booking to campaign completion. You should be experienced in working on cross platform media projects, keep projects on time, and be the champion for multiple teams with scopes of work & detailed project updates.

You are especially well-organized and meticulous while having a positive disposition combined with a "can-do" approach. You have high energy levels and effectively establish relationships with colleagues across other business areas and with external partners at all levels. You can operate in a rapidly changing environment, sometimes under strict deadlines, while remaining flexible, enthusiastic, resourceful, and efficient.

A high level of integrity and confidentiality is crucial in this role, in addition to being committed to providing high-calibre service.

What you will do:

  • Work with sales, marketing, creative and traffic teams as well as 3rd party contractors, to deliver solutions that will benefit the client's business needs.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders, tracking of project timelines, prioritize new projects and recommend future updates.
  • Coordinate and execute custom content and social amplification tools.
  • Ensure that materials comply with regulatory standards.
  • Ability to generate, understand, condense and communicate end-of-project analytics.

You need to have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • 4+ years related work experience. Some project management skill is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in written and verbal and organization skills
  • A strong teammate and dedicated to customer service.
