Financial firms rely on dozens of critical systems to develop and execute strategies, evaluate risk, track P&L, manage sales and trading, and handle settlement. The constant challenge is the complexity of integrating these systems so that data moves correctly across the enterprise, at higher speeds and lower costs. Building solutions in-house can take a large team and a larger investment. Integrators and consultants may not understand a firm’s business model or data. That’s where we come in.

What's the role?

Here in the Connectivity and Integration Services (CIS) team, we help firms manage that complexity. Providing common tools, services and expertise, we enable firms to simplify technology relationships, which ultimately drives lower total cost of ownership, faster time to market and improved transparency. With our track record in delivering hosted solutions and our understanding of our customers’ needs, we believe we are uniquely positioned to help clients with this challenge.

Based in either Hong Kong or Singapore, you will be responsible for leading our APAC Client Service and Relationship Management team, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and production delivery across our rapidly growing customer base in APAC.

We'll trust you to:

  • Inspire and motivate a high performing team to achieve outstanding results while supporting individual growth and development
  • Create and maintain a strong team mentality focused on delivering exceptional customer service and increasing the quality of our production delivery.
  • Develop strong and productive relationships across the global team including product development, engineering, sales and implementation
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships both with senior leaders internally across our various Financial Products businesses as well as our growing base of key clients externally across the region
  • Innovate and drive continued business and process efficiency to maximize output, improve service response times as well as quality and speed of client production delivery

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in Buy-Side/Sell-Side OMS Technology and Workflows, and/or Hosted Cloud-based Technologies
  • Experience in leading teams and managing people
  • The ability to foster a collaborative team environment by driving a strong culture of teamwork and taking advantage of team diversity
  • A strong ability to drive change and build global consensus
  • Ability to execute and deliver to the highest quality
  • Strong communication skills with customer facing experience

We'd love to see:

  • Computer science background with competency in programming languages
  • Mandarin or Japanese language would be advantageous but not mandatory
