The Team:In the Global Customer Support department (GCUS) we provide 24/7 platinum customer service. Call into Bloomberg and you'll be speaking to us in a matter of seconds. The team of talented multi-lingual Representatives, stationed in Bloomberg offices around the world, aim to provide a seamless experience to anybody who calls us, at any time of the day.
We'll trust you to:- Answer incoming calls from clients, employees, vendors (and anybody else!)

You'll need to have:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
We'd love you to have:- Previous experience in a customer service or call-centre role
