We're looking for a recruiting expert to join our recruitment team in Singapore, where you will create and implement strategies to hire experience professionals for our various businesses.

As part of our team, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes writing job descriptions that accurately define the role and requirements, sourcing talent directly, and partnering with external agencies when necessary. We care about our candidates and the experience they have. You'll interact directly with them, and our internal teams, to guarantee a positive experience for everyone. You'll also negotiate compensation packages and help close top talent in a timely manner.

Our client groups expect nothing but the best from us. You'll meet their demands by developing a deep understanding of their objectives, businesses, products, and particular challenges. This information will help you find the most appropriately skilled candidates.

You'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of financial services and/or technology recruiting experience (mixture of agency/corporate is strongly preferred)
  • Proven history of locating, identifying, and placing high calibre candidates in international organisations
  • Ability to influence and build strong business partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline driven culture
  • A proven track record of championing and facilitating the implementation of HR and/or Recruiting initiatives.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a must!
