Our Team:

We are a global team of Contracts Coordinators responsible for administering all legal documentation and the creation and maintenance of customer accounts. We assist our internal and external clients globally, in various languages, for contract related matters, and manage account updates resulting from company name changes and M&A transactions. Thanks to this, we build strong and lasting relationships with our stakeholders.

We'll trust you to:

  • Partner with Bloomberg Sales, Operations, Accounting and Installations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Process of Service Order Requests (SORs) and identification of contract needs
  • Maintenance of global agreements and customer legal entity databases to ensure the appropriate documentation is signed by the clients and that database integrity is not compromised
  • Provide platinum customer service by assisting internal and external clients with contract related inquiries
  • Question current procedures and functions and offer enhancements to existing workflows
  • Ensure all team members have the latest information on all on-going issues by sharing knowledge and updates

You’ll need to have:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience of working with customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Tenacious and creative problem solving skills
  • Driven to achieve goals through continued learning
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

We’d love to see:

  • Fluency in other Asian languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using the Bloomberg Professional Service
