Our Team:
We are Content Acquisition and Business Management (or CABM for short). We form an integral part of the Global Data department, responsible for acquiring and publishing all that data which makes Bloomberg products so powerful. We’re the ones who collect market information- the lifeblood pulsing through every Bloomberg platform. Pricing information, news and research are our core commodities, and our relationships with more than 300 exchanges and thousands of third-party sources give our customers unparalleled access to a world of information. Importantly, we also manage the design, building and troubleshooting of the site-to-site technology that links our data providers up to Bloomberg.
We’ll trust you to:
- Manage and support a client base of existing data contributors- helping them to maintain and expand their content on Bloomberg and leverage the best technology available
- Partner with our Engineering department and other technical teams to implement projects which help Bloomberg develop in these markets
- On-board and build relationships with new and prospective contributors
- Work closely with our Content Specialists and Sales teams to really understand local markets
- Provide platinum customer support via the iconic Bloomberg helpdesk, on the phone, and in person

You’ll need to have:
- Keen interest in the financial markets and fintech
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 Years work experience
- Solid understanding of technical infrastructure
- Interest in technical troubleshooting, project management, and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and an interest in business development
- The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Business-level fluency in English and Japanese
We’d love you to have:
- Prior experience in a technology project management role
- Experience and knowledge of technical infrastructure (such as FIX, VBA, Python, SQL) , particularly within financial organizations
