We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join the Supply Chain Management team in Tokyo. You will be responsible for running all aspects of Supply Chain related activities such as shipping and logistics, inventory and production management, warehouse management, cost control, and actively participate in TQM project by reviewing the current operation flow to achieve efficiency improvement. You will also be expected to coach and lead team in Japan to deliver high quality customer service. In addition, you are expected to communicate with your colleagues in other regions on a regular basis.
Manage PO, RMA receiving, shipping and run the execution of local and international distribution as well as the RMA call center
Oversea Inter-office mailing, local mailing, stationeries procurement and maintenance, copier maintenance and color printing
Run Equipment testing/refurbishment and configuration on hardware e.g. keyboards, LCD monitors, authentication devices, computers, routers etc
Recycle and resale obsolete equipment
Plan the budget and coordinate projects to identify waste and ensure successful continuous improvement
Maintain and improve existing relationships with suppliers
Achieve yearly goals for metric such as Inventory Accuracy, Delivery Fill Rate, Ticketing System
Minimum of 2-4 years management experience in Supply Chain or relevant field
Experience in maintaining relationships with multiple cross functional teams
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Hands-on experience in SAP IM and SD Modules
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
