We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage relationships with existing client base, driving account usage and actively developing opportunities to expand within existing clients
  • Attend and participate in customer meetings, serving as primary point of contact for training and client questions
  • Develop innovative strategies and tactics to promote usage and growth within accounts
  • Conduct e-mail campaigns
  • Attend local networking events

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of account management or sales experience
  • Knowledge of Government market is a requirement (either selling within it, or working in it)
  • Knowledge of Capitol Hill and the Legislative process
  • Strong consultative sales skills
  • Knowledge of the government, marketplace and sales acquisitions process
  • An entrepreneurial mind set and outgoing nature
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate value proposition to leaders in the public and private sectors
